Back to my passion this week: Fitness and Food.


Lifting weights it's not all about bulking and getting massive.

Lifting weights improves posture, better sleep, being better bone density, maintaining weight loss, boosting metabolism, lowering inflammation....and that's not all.

I lift weights for all the reasons above and also I want to look sexy AF :)


"When you exercise, it increases endorphins, dopamine, adrenaline and endocannabinoid -- these are all brain chemicals associated with feeling happy, feeling confident, feeling capable, feeling less anxiety and stress and even less physical pain," McGonigal says.


And also, I like eating food. Another reason to exercise more. I live in London and there are so many places to visit and so many great restaurants. It will be a shame not to visit some of the best known chefs in the world.


But how to stay in great shape and enjoy social life?

Here are few tips I use and recommend to my clients:

- Plan it. If you are going out for a meal at the end of the week, plan your week. Keep your food consistent and clean. Save fewer calories for the weekend. Instead of eating pasta for dinner, switch for a big bowl of vegetables and add more protein. I normally try to eat before I go out, I don't want to turn up super hungry and order the whole menu.

- Train a little harder. I would normally train legs on the day, because my body will use more energy to lift. But that doesn't mean you have to run on the treadmill for hours.

- Know the menu before you go. I always loo at the menu before I go, so I know what I will order.


At the end of the day, you should enjoy your time out, enjoy the food and on the next day get back into your normal routine.


One of the reasons  I fall in love with fine dinning is the combination of different flavours and texture. Combinations I never imagined in my head. 

Thinking about fine dinning, I need to book my birthday meal in my favourite restaurant Frog in Covent Garden.


Life is too short to eat bad food. Enjoy it as much as you can :)
